Oldham Personal Assistant, Brokering and Payroll Support Service
Ethical Care Resources is delighted to be approved as a provider of Brokering, Personal Assistant and Payroll Services by Oldham Council.
Oldham Council have included Ethical Care Resources on the Select List to deliver Brokerage and Payroll Services to Service Users who are in receipt of Individual Budgets (IB’s). As part of the Select List of Approved Providers the Council have also approved Ethical Care Resources to provide and manage a Personal Assistant Register for Individual Budget/Personal Budget recepients.
As part of the personalisation of Social Care, people who are eligible for Oldham Council Social Services support are being allocated a personal budget rather than having a package of care services arranged for them. Self Directed support is a way of delivering Social Care which enables Service Users to have more control of the support they receive. Service Users can make decisions about the support they receive which enables them to manage their support better.
