Our Vacancies


Ethical Care Resources is currently recruiting personal assistants, support workers and care workers. We are keen to hear from people who have experience (this could be work experience, personal experience or life experience) and are committed to delivering high quality care and support  to our service users. We can help you to develop your skills through a range of flexible and affordable learning options to enable you you to work in a variety of settings. We offer a good level of suprvision and fully comply with all employment regulations. 

We recognise that personal development is very important and we offer some very flexible and attractive learning and training opportunities.

We also recruit personal care and support workers on behalf of our service users. In these situations formal training and or qualifications may not be necessarry but each service user will have their own specific requirements.

Our care and support workers will be expected to: 

  • To provide a high quality service which will involve the provision of personal and social and domestic care as documented in the clients individual support plan.
  • To respect the personal choice of lifestyles of carers, people with care needs and colleagues, ensuring that equal opportunities principles are applied at all times.
  • To work within Health and Safety Regulations
  • To ensure that confidentiality is respected at all times.
  • To safeguard and promote the welfare of our service users

  • Personal Assistants (Bradford, Keighley, Leeds, Kirklees, Bolton and Oldham)
  • Support Workers (Bradford, Leeds, Keighley, Shipley, Kirklees, Bolton and Oldham)
  • Care Workers (Bradford, Oldham, Leeds, Shipley, Kirklees, Bolton, Keighley) 
We also have other opportunities especially in supporting our partner organisations. These include:
  • Children's Residential workers (West Yorkshire)
  • Housing Support workers
  • Mental Health support workers
  • Learning Disability support workers (adults and children)(West Yorkshire and Oldham)
